The founder of Daxin Yeung PAC. He has over 30 years of experience in Public Accounting. Prior to setting up his own business, he was with Ernst and Young (Singapore, US and Malaysia) and Deloitte and Touche (UK) for about 10 years.

In the past, he served as a Council Member of the National Council of Social Services and was a Treasurer of the Radin Mas Citizens Consultative Committee. In 2001, The President of the Republic of Singapore conferred upon him the Public Service Medal (PBM) for his hard work and dedication to community service.

He also serves as an Independent Director for a number of Listed Companies in Singapore.

Thian Zte Chen

Thian has more than 20 years of experience in Public Accounting. His areas of audit expertise include working with large public and private limited companies, fund management companies, charities etc and worked across a range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, shipping, fund management etc. He was also one of the audit team members auditing a financial institution (bank) during his early days in one of the Big 4.

Thian had involved in the internal auditing services provided to Ministry of Education (MOE) for 11 years and some ad-hoc internal auditing or due diligence for private limited companies.

Xu Hui Ying, Sofia

Sofia, Xu Huiying is Daxin Yeung PAC’s Director of China Desk. She is responsible for managing Chinese clients who are seeking to tap Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) or Merger and Acquisitions (“M&A”) opportunities in Singapore, Europe and the United States, as well as participating in designing organizations structure and tax planning for company.

Sofia has previously served as Deputy General Manager in China – WUYIGE Certified Public Accountants LLP, Guangzhou Branch. She was responsible for setting up the consulting, investment department and conducting tax training for financial professionals.

Sofia has over 16 years of experience in auditing and advising corporations, familiar with China, Hong Kong, Singapore tax law and had been involved in design of internal control and tax planning of various listed companies in China NEEQ.
